This project's goal was to create a product that made a difference and to advocate for something.
I chose to advocate for homelessness and designed a care package brand, GroundUp.
Below are some photographs of the packaging, including essentials like thermal socks, toothpaste and brush, hand sanitizer, resource cards local to Baltimore County, and a tote bag to contain all items.
This project was important to me because of how horrible homelessness is in the United States, especially locally in the Baltimore area. I researched what items were truly needed, and all the resources available. I also wanted to go for minimal branding, especially on the tote bag, this is something they would use on the daily basis, and I don't want the brand to be the focus.
